Kevin,

we have CCR, VM Pro and CS on one box

Quad Core Xeon, 4 GB RAM, SAS drives.

Dont scrimp on the hardware if its a busy site, the SQL data base will kill the box

Ok great. we have a small CCR with like 10 agents and looking at contact store on it. Only recording 2 hunt groups.
