Resend some msg files to Microsoft Outlook how?

I do not know how to read msg files located in the archive dir. I have to resend some msg files received last year, which had been backuped, and then restored again on Archive directory of my Mdaemon mail server ver 8.13, because they have been accidentaly deleted on client side (Microsoft Outlook 2003).

I do not know how to get the relevant files in client mailbox dir of the mail server from archive directory. The clients outlook mail client are not receiving them.

Are the clients using IMAP or POP?
