CDR is complex. Unless you have significant experience with A1 AMOs, call Siemens service. You could do more harm than good if you "experiment" with A1 commands. My guess is that your ADP restarted, and your CDR output was halted. You should handle ASAP, or you may be in danger of losing valuable CDR data. Worse case scenario: depending on the CDR config in AMO SELG, the "G" partition on your hard drive COULD "max" out, causes some system-wide detrimental problems.
Again, handle ASAP!
My first action plan would be checking the connection between HP4K and CDR using the command:
display-lssm;
The output should be something like this:
DIS-LSSM;
H500: AMO LSSM STARTED

If you dont have IP address on user side (just like in the example) you should reboot the DIGI ONE device.
Digi One is an adapter on the cable between PBX and CDR, it is a small black box with DIGI ONE written on it.
In order to reboot it properly follow the below instructions:
Plug out the lan cable from DIGI ONE,
Plug out the power cable from DIGI ONE
Plug in the power cable to DIGI ONE,
and finally plug in the LAN cable to DIGI ONE.
Now you can go ahead and test if you have data coming through CDR.
If this doesn't help, then there is more than just a connection issue.
Let me know if it helped.
