Is there a procedure to shut down the logger? I need to move it over to a new UPS. Thanks for your anticipated help.

Go to start menu and choose "shutdown logger" this will stop all the services. Ignore the snmp service (or stop it manually in services) and shutdown the server as per a normal MS server.

Biglebowskis Razor - with all things being equal if you still can't find the answer have a shave and go down the pub.
