Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me if the CS1000 supports name updating on a qsig link.
Let me set you the picture:
Incoming call to Nortel which gets answered by Callpilot application.
The CP Application then transfers the call to a BT Extension via QSIG tieline.
Instead of the BT extension getting the external Caller ID they get the Caller ID of the SCR that callpilot answered and transferred the call to.
Any Ideas?
If i set up an ACD that DCFW's to the same extn on the BT the external Caller ID goes through.
I have been toying with the RCAP in LD117 for the DCH but so far no go..

Here is the DCH config at the moment

tested our qsig back to the cisco, we are getting calling party detail after either zero out or menu transfer.
Code:
RCAP COLP NDI CCBI CCNI PRI DV3I CTI QMWI

remember, after you change thte rcap you have to dis msdl x all, and enl msdl x fdl to write the change to that card.

Thanks John for your reply but can you verify what caller ID is coming out?
Is it the originating CLID from the outside line? or is the CLID the SCN of the callpilot?

Your settings are the same as mine except we are using ETSI QSIG and you are using ISO (hence the XXI instead of the O)

Im starting to think patches but being a Release 4.50W cant get support from Nortel...

John
So what you are saying is that
Incoming call comes into an extension on the Nortel from telephone 12345678.
That extension transfers the call to and extension on the CISCO via the QSIG tieline.
The Cisco Extension gets a caller ID of 12345678.

If thats the case can you post the DCH messaging from the Nortel?
I just want to see what the differences are.
Also Can you post your DCH in LD22?

Thanks
Andrew
