When I hit the "message" button, it ask for my extension each time.

How do I skip this step and go directly to my inbox?

Thank you.

Sorry.  I'm on a S8500 integrated with Audix LX.

If the integration is not working on is it just on the one phone or on all of them?

It's working fine. I just want to find out if there is a shortcut to your inbox.  Each time I hit the "message" button, it takes me to Audix and then Audix ask for my extension.

That's what it does...
If you are calling from the extension w / the MB, just hit # (end-of-dial). You should get asked for the Password.
