The short form will not show you the COS of the mailbox the only native report that will give you the COS is the individual subscriber usage and it it 2 pages per user.

If you have or can get mailbox manager that would be the best option.

Use the message aging report, and answer "n" to all of the options.  It will still print 3-4 lines per user, but not 2 pages like the individual subscriber report.
