We have an occasional issue where mainly with mailboxes associated with skillsets seem to have voicemails that don't show up until a day or two after they are left.
For example we check voicemail at 7am monday, says no messages, them at 9am we check again and there is 5 messages, one stating it was left at 6:30am and another from the previous Saturday?
Has anyone else come across this? Or know of any fixes?
I've seen an older post on here from 2005 that mentions a software patch for version 3.x but our system is:
BCM400 4.0.2.03
voicemail 41.02.49.22-2.49
Is there a patch for 4.x for this as well?
