Ok, I used to take care of about 24 Norstar MIC's and NAM's, could IP into all the NAM's, had to telnet into a couple of them periodically to restart something so Voicemail manager would work again. I have the telnet password but have forgotten the command to 'restart' it so the Voicemail manager works again. It's been 2 years and I've slept since the last time I used it. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I do not want to reboot the voicemails, never had to in the past.

For what it's worth, I found it. Had it stashed in some old files:

To restart voicemail IP capability:
Telnet into the voicemail. Password is “calgaryitas”.
Enter “start /min dced.exe –b”.
Exit out.

Voicemail Manager should now work.
