How do you change the general greeting recording when Call Pilot answers a call? This is on an Option 61 switch and no one there can remember the call in number or pass word. Where do I find this information in the call pilot menu?

Thanks!!

First, determine the number for Voice Item Maintenance by logging into CallPilot Manager and going to System/Service Directory Number Table. Look for the DN pointed to Voice Item Maintenance. This is the number you call to record greetings for applications.

Second, Log into Application Builder and determine the Application ID of the application in question. Open that application and go to File/Properties and click the Security tab. This is where the password field is. You can't view the password but you can change it to something new.

Have a star, Telebub. Although I'm not the OP, your reply should one day bail me out. Good one to archive.
