ldap access and keystore password?

Hi

I'm a programmer working for a customer who is using Novell eDirectory (running on SSL). I've been able to access their edirectory until recently. For instance using LDAPSoft LdapBrowser I've been able to connect to their edirectory and browse it. Now the Ldap browser comes up with a dialog box asking for a "Keystore Password" - and nobody including the customer seems to know what this is. I cannot continue before typing the right passoword.

Can anyone please clarify the issue about "Keystore Password", where to begin to solve this problem?
