how to 'switch' off warnings in excel during automation?

Hi!
I am creating a piece of automation code to update an excel-sheet.
Part of the automation-job is merging cells.

Than there is the warning:
"The selection contains multiple data values. Merging into one cell will keep the upper-left most data only."

Can I switch that warning off as it is disturbing (stopping) my automation job.

oExcel.DisplayAlerts = .F.
