We have noticed that when some employees call other stations with a display screen, some of their names get cut off. On the 8434D it is only showing about 15 to 16 characters. Do any of you know where this can be changed in the CM to make it show more characters? Thx

8434D display screen - not showing full name on display

This doesn't work for our phones...When I do Shift then MUTE and dial 35, the speaker buttons turns on as if I am about to make a call. Our phones are set up to where you don't have to press speaker to to talk hands free. You can just start dialing the number.
Do you know any ways around that without me disabling that feature system wide? Thanks
