Ever since upgrading fm Workstation NT 4.0 to Win2kPro, if I try to restart (i.e., warm reboot), the Ctrl-alt-del login screen appears, but without a cursor, and neither my keyboard nor mouse are active, requiring a cold reboot. Any cold reboot (i.e., shutdown, power up), and the system appears to run normally.  Any suggestions?

It sounds as though the 8051 controller is not being reset during a warm boot. Could be a Bios issue...ACPI or APM?
