JDBC Driver for Sybase 12.5.4/EBF 14079

Hello!

I need to have a JDBBC driver for a specific Sybase version in order to connect via JDBC, however I do not know which one to download.
On the Sybase homepage, I can download the following:

Product Name:     jConnect for JDBC
Platform:     Not Platform Specific
Release Version:     5.5
Release Description:     EBF 13904: 5.5 ESD #22
Release Date:     10 Jul 2007

but my problem is, if I install this version, I will have at last Sybase EBF 13904, however, I must use the existing one.
Does anyone know, where I can download the right package, in order to use JConnect?
