A remote client of mine remotes into one of our servers. We have it set to auto open a progrma called AbleTerm when they remote in. Problem is we cannot get it to print out of this program. No here is the weird part. If we start a print job and then log them out and then log in as an Admin the print job prints. Also if we set it up to where she remotes in and then opens AbleTerm it will print from it. She has full control of the printer. AbleTerm says the program does not support remote printing, but we know it does because we set up the same scenario back at the IT department and it worked. We do not want to make her admin and we do not want to have to let her on the server and then open the program. We would like not to have to configure group policy to restrict what she can see on the server. There must be something we are missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
