Lately lots of users in our office are missing the programs in there Novell Applications Delivery windows.  When they first turn on the computer NAL window opens up and shows 3 or 4 icons out of the 8 they should have. If they reboot the computer sometimes they come back. I also noticed when I right click and verify on one of the icons in the NAL window it will refresh and bring back all of the icons. What is causing this? Hopefully its a easy fix. I mainly work with 2k3 Server so Novell is something I haven't touched in years. Any help would be greatly appreicated.

Thanks

Probably has something to do with it. Sounds like your eDirectory replicas may be out of sync so you are getting intermittent results depending on the replica your workstation happens to hit. Need to do a full health check.
