We're running into some issues when running Crystal reports
in GoldMine Premium (v8.03),
1) We get a "Failed to process Operation" message when we "print report output to Window"
2)When we select "layout printer" as our  default printer, it looks like it goes out to the printer, but it doesn't print.
3)When we select "selected printer" as our default pinter, it won't allow the user to select a printer, it uses their default printer which is the incorrect printer.
4) Using a Cognitive Solus II label printer, which uses single - continuous roll labels, when the label prints, the printer advances up and leaves 4 blank labels.  This occurs whether the labels are designed in Crystal(v10) or GoldMine.

If anyone has any ideas or solutions on how to remedy these issues....we're all ears bigears, and very appreciative.

Thank you!!
