The Call Master V's have a built in beep tone generator. Can the volume of the beep be adjusted? It seems to be a little loud and customers are complaining.

the beep tone should only be heard if the RIM (recorder interface module) is turned on
Some call masters have dip switches
newer ones turn RIM on via the dailpad and a certain dail sequens

Ok... Didn't answer my question though. I know how to enable the beep and I do need them enabled. The question I have is can the volume of the beep itself be adjusted?
