CS1000 range 4

You pose a good question...the info isn't as easy to find as you'd hope. I think I have the (nearly) latest info though:

11C becomes CS1000E (the CS1000S is disco'd I think)
61C becomes CS1000M SG (Single Group)
81C becomes CS1000M MG (Multi Group)

Strange isn't it that Nortel make this so difficult!!!

I was of the understanding that it's

CS1000M Cabinet/Chassis = 11C with SS
CS1000M SG = 61C with SS
CS1000M MG = 81C with SS

CS1000S replacement for 61C

CS1000E replacement for 81C

Any other thoughts??

My understanding is as follows:

CS1000S becomes CS1000E
CS1000E remains CS1000E
CS1000T is incorperated into CS1000E
Option 11C becomes CS1000E Cabinet
Option 11C Mini becomes CS1000E Chassis

CS1000E SA Single Processor
CS1000E HA Dual Processor

Option 61C becomes CS1000M SG Single Group
Option 81C becomes CS1000M MG Multi Group

All CS1000's include aleast 1 Sig Server

However I'm not sure of the Official term for a
Option 11C without a Sig Server running TDM only?
or A 61C or 81C TDM only either?

I'm glad the Nortel re-branding efforts are paying off so well.
