In server dhcp only one interface that sub-net 192.168.2.0 , In router have two interfaces, one for subnet 192.168.3.0 and other subnet 192.168.2.0, why ?

Theres no reason to have a multiscope in this scenario. You use a multiscope/superscope when the clients are intermixed on the same physical segment.

Just make sure you have ip helper address a dhcp relay agent on each subnet pointing to the dhcp server.

Pretty much just configure the relay agent to point to the ip address of the dhcp server. It basically tags the dhcp request with the local subnet and the dhcp server uses that to assign an address out of the correct scope.

If your router supports ip helper addresses on the segments this is basically the same thing but done via the router.

Depends what o/s you are using do a search on configure dhcp relay agent for the o/s in question.

If its a router then you will need to check the documentation for the brand of router as they all use thier own command foramt
