Verint 9.1 - Reduce date range and try again

I have been experiencing problem with Verint Ultra Version 9.1 while executing search.

We have got nearly 60 groups, 300 users and 1500 agents currently configured through User Manager.

If I execute search with filters such as start time, end time, PBX ID, Aquisition Module and Channel, it comes with an error message "The search process could be completed. Reduce the data range and try again".

Please can anyone advice me how to get rid off this problem.

Thanks,
Sujin

try a search that is not as big.  It sounds like it is coming back with too much info and doesn't like it. I think Verint had a patch for this  You may want to contact them and find out

I am searching for yesterday's call for particular date and time. To my knowledge Verint shouldn't be throwing this exception for this specific filter.

I agree it shouldn't.  I would call Verint or shoot an email to contactcenter@verint.com

GOOD LUCK

Try cutting down the number of filters you are using, there is no need for acq module & channel if you are using pbx id.

Just use date range & pbx id.
