In our 3 station switched ethernet workgroup (XP machines), the DB is stored on WS-1.  WS-2 no problems, WS-3 gets a dialog box stating "the db requires network administrator privileges.  Please enter the name and password of a user who has administrator privileges on the server where Sage BW data files reside."  This is a new message after years without it popping up, but we have added WS-3 as a new machine and re-named the workstations recently.  The following error message also displays: "error: pervasive.sql v9.0 Server (ws-1) login has failed. (702s: failed to connect to the server (server not found))"  I have checked sharing and confirmed administrator permissions and passwords. Please share any thoughts or direction.  Thanks!

I was able to access the Businessworks Knowledgebase today, and a resolution article is published there.  So, this post is terminated.
