Windows Media Player Drops Out f Full Screen Mode

RexxSysProg (Programmer)

I am using visualizations with Media Player 9 . When I put it into Full-Screen Mode with Radio Tuner it stays that way for about one or two minutes then drops out of full-screen. I tried setting enable full-screen mode switch in
OPTIONS->PERFORMANCE->ADVANCED but that did not change anything.

Is this a bug in Media Player or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks

Additional information: this is not failing on my Windows 2K machine. It fails only on my XP machine. I have also tried using a different "skin" on the XP machine and it has not made a difference.

This is definitely a bug in Windows Media Player . I was de-bugging this thing and found that whenever the controls were visible in full-screen, the full-screen would be lost. A few times it went into full-screen mode without the controls visible and did not drop out. Then I found where to turn off showing the controls in full-screen and now it never drops out of full-screen.
