Oddball mailbox problem

I have a voice mail user unable to open her mbox from her ext.
On her M7100 set she enters f981 and AA asks for her password but when she enters it AA say "This mailbox is locked to avoid tampering, please contact your system administrator." This mailbox can be opened successfully from any other set by starring to the log prompt and the entering the mbox number and password. Also she can open her mbox from her set if she presses star and then enters the mbox number and password. Programming reveals that her mbox is programmed to her ext with no alternate.
System is a mics with xc5.0 with many station modules, 1 ASM, 2 pri spans and a fibre NAM 4.04c.

She sees PASSWORD when she tries to log into her Mailbox.
I neglected to mention in my 1st post that this system crashed about 2 weeks ago. I ended up replacing the KSU and reprogramming from scratch but the NAM seemed to be unaffected. Hers is the 1st voicemail problem I've heard from them.

If you press f*0 on her set, is the extension number displayed the correct one? Set relocation may have been used before your crash, and she may have come up with a different ext.
