Error line 55 TAX_DUE.... Please help us!

We are using Version 11 of DacEasy, and when we go to print a receipt, it records the sale, but will not print the receipt. It is just gives us the error TAX_DUE... has been found at line 55 of the format file.
Anyone with some divine intervention?
All tax codes are set up and we are using a Brother laser printer (although it is not on their list, it does print sales reports fine)
Any help would be appreciated!!!!!

It also gives us the same error on the example business that is included in the software if that helps at all.
