Short code to a conference meet me/conf add is the only way I have got these to work.

Basically make your first call, hook flash, make second call, hookflash, then dial *47.
Easy peezey japaneezy.

what about the drop function?

Lift the phone approx. one meter above the table and then DROP. This will stop the conference i think.

It is advisable to use PhoneManager PRO together with the polycom, makes the handling a lot easier.
Nevertheless you can program a shortcode for the "drop" function, it will work after a hookflash for the last call on hold.

Example:
Dial extension, wait for answer then if the user wants to join the conf pres the flsh key and then the conference shortcode, if the user do not want to join the conf then press the flash key, the "drop" shortcode and flash again the re-join the conference.

is there a special name for this feature? i can't seem to find it when attempting to program a short code for it.
