We are using IPOffice 412 (4.0.7) w/VMPro 4.0.20. Trouble is: Outside callers leaving voicemail messages - volume is very low. A bit odd config for trunks - they are getting a new PRI but it is not yet installed - so we are using their old phone system as a channel bank. Analog trunks into old phone system, out via T1 to IPOffice. I've boosted channels on T1 to max Rx levels - and has helped some - but not quite enough.
In VMPro registry there is a "SignalNormalisation" field - will this do anything for me?
