Corporate Directory in Meridian 1

Can anyone help me to implement Corporate Directory in M1? We have OTM installed at our customer site and we have got the software Rls 4.5W. We are trying to implement CD but it is not working.
Help please in the procedure.

Basically the CD is created in the OTM from the OTM Directory, you can ask it to display the CSV file when it does this so you can check all the infos there then it uploads it to the specific M1(s) you define in the properties of the CD. The only time I have had problems with it is when the PDT password was incorrect in the Site setup on the OTM.
