I have extension 3444 with coverage path 202, that rings to coverage remote 202 (which is a 16 digit #).
Here's the problem. If I put a number (4 digit or 10) in coverage remote 203, and dial 3444 it rings the 16 digits, and then the first 4 digits of the coverage remote 203 - and then returns a busy signal...
We've checked and confirmed the coverage paths are not linked.
