does anyone know how to turn recieve voice calls on, right now i have a tdl port 18 that when i do a ext print shows it off, and i cannot assign SSA of that ext on any other ext. , SSa is currently not assigned anywhere. please help, I believe it is a star code, can't find it.

To change RECEIVE VOICE CALLS to on, either use Centralized Programming, or program the phone itself.
Then, once you are in the program mode, press any button, do List Feature, > Find Feature > Touch TUV > then select Voice Annce > then choose either ON, OFF or IDLE, and press enter.
