Promt Repeat three times..

?P it is adjusted as follows:
AvtoAttendant - CCR-Transfer Node.
If caller no dial, CCR Menu Node Primary Prompt plays three times and go to the operator .
I want to listen to the promt only once, and further the operator.
Change of the menu repeat key (none, 0, 1) does not help.
I have BCM50(rel.1.0)on which works as I want.Menu promt once.
Whether someone at itself can check up my situation?
Can in the new version so it is conceived also is impossible to change?...
:(
p.s. BCM400 (version 4.0.2.03)
CallPilot (version 41.02.01.22)
