Hi all,
I am trying to do a batch reversal from the Application Inquiry/Reversal screen (08.240.00) and I get the following message:

SYSTEM MESSAGE 12311
This payment is currently selected in payment application.

Does anyony know what this message means and what I can do to reverse this batch?

Thanks in advance,
elmorro smile

Check in AR Modules in Payment Application screen, there's a batch with this document captured in it, the batch isn't released and you have 2 choices:

1. Delete the batch
2. Release the batch and then do the reversal.

Hope this helps.
