I have been working with Option 11c / Meridian Mail for a while via terminal emulation (as opposed to using the terminal in the PBX room) . . . But been perplexed by trying to figure out the "function keys" while in Meridian Mail . . .
If you use the terminal in the PBX room, it is function keys F6 thru F10 which act as the five (5) context sensitive keys while in the Meridian Mail screens, whereas within Procomm it is function keys F1 thru F4 (therefore leaving you without a fifth function key for the right most function in the Meridian Mail screens . . . typically a "FIND" function, etc.)
Does anyone know if or/and how the fifth function can be employed while using terminal emulation?
And a bonus question . . . Anyone know of a way, while using Procomm, to have the terminal emulation auto-switch between VT52 and VT100 when going between the Option 11c loads and Meridian Mail, or is that unfortunately always going to be a manual process?
