Hi, is there anyway to uninstall the service pack that I have installed to virus scan v4.5????  its causing some problems on a few machines and I dont want to have to uninstall the whole package and reinstall it again on all the machines...??

I've had the same issue, and even with NAI premier support, they told us to uninstall and reinstall as the only way to not have the service pack.  With scan engines you can downgrade...but due to the nature of the SP...it won't go away gentkly into that goodnight...so to speak.
