Script to activate Octel 250/350 Service Bit 2

I used to have a Procomm script that automated service bit activation for Octel 250/350 platforms. Through the years and multiple PC changes, I've lost the script. Does anyone have a similar script, or know the DTMF tones used to set the service bit?

I had a lot of those scripts too, and over time lost them to HD failures and layoffs, oh those were the days
