how do i limit the axcess to long distance with user codes-
my system is 30bhg06 nat mics 5.0 usa XC-

I am assuming from the MICS number you give that you are running a Norstar MICS. This is actually a programming feature on the key system, not the Optvity. There is a forum for Norstars, you may want to try them. I haven't touched a Norstar in about 5 years, but I do know that you can set up authorization codes to limit long distance dialing.
