I searched and searched and havent found anyone else posting about this.
I have two customers having the same issue with their IP Office 406 V2's running 3.0.69, both "consoles" are 5420's with EU 24's.
Problem: Occasionally the 5420's Call Appearance's go active but there are no calls on the phone. I added 3 more CA's for a total of 6, and it happened again. All of the CA's have the "off-hook" symbol next to the associated button. Only a reboot will correct issue.
If I only had one customer with this issue, I would say user error, but now I have 2.... any suggestions?
