Where can I get a list of all these "no User" features like this one:

RESERVE_LAST_CA=

or those ones for the amount of info in the display and other stuff like that. It seems like a lot of problems might be solved with these.

Thanks in advance

I would like to know too.. I would think a list of source number codes would be a great resource

That was a good start sizbut, but it is not all of them.
RESERVE_LAST_CA= is not in there so I think there may be more somewhere else

There's bound to be more. The Source Numbers tab has long been Avaya's way of activating items of patch code and more obscure features. Presumably those that work eventually become proper Manager checkboxes in future releases.

The only other one I know of is entering AT commands in the Source Numbers tab of a user called DTEDefault to define the default settings of the control units serial port.

and just doing some simple searches on NoUser turned up:

HIDE_CALL_STATE” as a source number to the
“NoUser” configuration of the IP Office.
On DS phones this makes more space available for display of the called / calling names by removing the call state, such as Call / Conn / Held, from the top line of the
display. This feature should only be used in conjunction with the LONGER_NAMES.

Thank you all very much. You know of all the systems I am trained on and have worked on, the IP Office is both the most promising and the most frustrating. I hope Avaya monitors these boards as a way of determining what is good and what is lacking about the system. They are missing the boat on so many things.

What about ?

ACD_QUEUE_DELAY=nn (nn = min 20 sec to a max of 180 sec )

I am sure there are more. The one above supposedly changes the still queued delay between anouncements. Everyone else says this cant be done, and that even Avaya told them so.

There must be a list somewhere with all of this.

anyone?

Just tested this on 3.1 and it works. Star given.

As noted in another thread, it is important when adding this to the config to then do a full reboot rather than a merge.

Does this work on any previous version ?

If so it just made my day! so sad

I tried ACD_QUEUE_DELAY=nn in 3.0 and has issues.

Easy on the stars Sizbut! The star should go to Tech1958 from an earlier post, not Superikey - and you already gave one to Tech1958 for this.

It,s superikey,s first star mabey now he wants to get more of these, just let im have one!!

Greets Peter

As you say, I gave one to both, Superikey may have been just joining the dots but at least he did it. [Also I looked at the stars earned to stars given ratio for top ten MVP's and realised I might be in danger of getting a scrooge reputation].

A hackers trick is to search the exe for names. When you load manager.exe into a hex editor and search for NOUser you get:

4E 6F 55 73 65 72 00 48 49 44 45 5F 43 41 4C 4C 5F 53 54 41 54 45 00 4D 45 4E 55 4C 4F 43 41 4C 45 3D 00 4C 4F 4E 47 45 52 5F 4E 41 4D 45 53

haha

HIDE_CALL_STATE
MENULOCALE=
LONGER_NAMES
PATCHES=

There are probably more listed in plain text in the other various exes. Happy hunting.
