Unfortunatly, group ring won't cover to voice mail unless ALL the members are logged out. (Hope they change that in a future release)

You could make the dial 0 an adjunct and put a cover button on the phones that you want to answer (up to 8), and still cover the adjunct to voice mail.

You can do what TOMD did and assign a SINGLE LINE T&R Port as a member of that group, terminate the Port into a LINE PORT and have it set as a LINE IN THE GROUP and let it COVER TO VMAIL.

Tricky, but looking at the thread he posted, it does seem to work.

We call that the LOOP AROUND FIX.

I made that scenario work on a partner, i did just put a cover button on 8 phones. But if they add anymore, I will have to loop an ext jack.
