We are using Call center with 10 agents & 1 Superviosr.
System Avaya IPO 403 2.1(27).

For call center application we have WIN 2000 server SP3.

Now we purchased the Voicemail pro with 4 ports 2.1(10) when we installed the VM Pro it does not start, when we start in servicess it gives the error prompt :

COULD NOT START THE VOICEMAILPRO SERVICES SERVICESS ON LCAL COMPUTER ERROR:1069,THE SERVICESS DID NOT START DUE TO LOGON FAILURE.

PLS HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

Did you select an account to use for the voicemail service? If you're using Administrator as the account and you have changed the Admin password since you set it up, then it will fail.

Go into services.msc from the run box, and select all of the Voicemail Pro services. Then set each one to logon using the local system account instead of Administrator.

Also, on another note, update your Windows 2000 Server using Windows Update - you're way out of date!!

Regards

Chris

Also use the latest version of Voicemailpro 2.1 (20) and i would use 2.1(44) for the IP-Office.
And i like CCC 5.0 and the upgrades are all for free.

If upgrading, particularly with CCC to V5, you should think about using V3 on IP Office. Firmware and Admin apps are 3.0 (59) and Voicemail Pro is 3.0 (17). CCC also has a new maintenance release - 5.0 (17).

There is a document available for each of the apps, including CCC, which shows you how to run the upgrades. It's on the Avaya support site when you go for the downloads.

I'd try playing with the service details first though, before making the jump to upgrade everything. I believe in upgrading something which you know works.

Just my spin - hope it helps :)

Dear Mr. Mytelecoms.

services.msc is worked great .

Thanks a lot
