Here is what I want to accomplish. I have set up activity codes in my SECS, programmed a acnt key on the agents phone.
I have given the codes the agents, so when a call comes in, and a customer wants a balance inquiry, the agent presses the activity key, balance code, then the activity key again.
What I am seeing in the reports is the codes logged to system default activiyt code, and not the code I defined in SECS. What am I missing here?
Note I am not concerned about not_ready codes, just simple activiyt codes.
