MWI trouble 1

I have a phone programmed below. Ext 3760 has a mailbox but when messages arrive there is no message indication. Option 61c (3.0) with callpilot. See any reason why it would stop working?

Because this extension is not key 0 it will not work if other sets have the DN. Depending on your rls of software there is an XMWK Key that should resolve this trouble if you need more info consult the NTP's ld 11, or just ask.

Thanks, I haven't used the XMWK key before. Do you just replace MWK with XMWK. This is an ACD phone so I would have to out and rebuild right. I think this trouble started when someone added the other phone.

Don't think you will need to out and rebuild the set, that is when you are using symposium. Would disu 1st. Cannot be on key 16, Only keys 10 to 11 on 3904.

Ok, I always thought you couldn't do an easy change on a ACD phone. Will this turn on the light on the 3904 set or just that key. Thanks a bunch for your help.

I wouldn't do an easy change on an ACD regardless of state from what I have been told.
Just to be safe, I would out and rebuild the set

I always use easy change to change an ACD set. I have never had any problems doing that in the past 5 years!

If the set is controlled by symposium I always deaquire the set first and aquire the set after it was changed!
