I have a customer that has returned a T7406 handset for warranty repair. This unit has been returned without its base station and with something other than the default password entered in the handset. Now I can test the unit with a spare base station, but I can't do that until I can register the handset to the base station. I've called the customer to get the password, but he say's he's forgotten it. I've also asked the customer to return the base station so I can test them together to be sure it's actually the handset that's the problem. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
