Title:

SCH1509---OOSMLT and OOSSLT can not be removed


Problem:

PROBLEM TEXT:
Can not remove OOSMLT or OOSSLT units in LD 11 or LD 10
as an error SCH1509 is printed stating that the units can not be removed when acquired . These unitypes are never acquired as they are not telephones but are used as Out of Service Multi Line Telephone or Out of Service Single Line Telephone .


SETUP AND ACTIONS PERFORMED TO CAUSE THE PROBLEM:

Install RLS 3.0 on small or large system PBX .
Create a OOSMLT in LD 11 against a TN would normally support a digital telephone set .

Remove the OOSMLT in LD 11 , observe results

Cannot free up the TNs to be re-programmed as digital sets such as M2616

Workaround patch provided to screen for unittype of OOSMLT and OOSSLT in Proc : VERIFYTN
