How can I create a macro that will kick off queries one after the other. As each query runs it appeneds the data to a table.

Just use the macro command OpenQuery. You can then run another OpenQuery, etc.

If you do not want to be prompted on the append query then use the command SetWarnings, off before running the first OpenQuery command. Just remember to re-run SetWarnings and set to On after the last to insure that warnings are turned back on.
