Lost administrators password for SBS 2003

I no longer have access to my administrators logon for a small business server 2003, has anyone been able to reset a password without re installing the operation system? I have read a little about installing a paralell operation system, is there an easier way?

I used the created the bootable CD from this guys tool and it worked perfectly on Win2k3 and XP.
