RconJ fails/JVM Launcher/Could not find mail class/NW51SP8

I just installed NW51SP8 (had been at SP7) and manually rebooted after (as required).  The server came up without any issues (as far as I saw), but now I can't run RconJ.  When I try to run it, I get a "Java Virtual Machine Launcher" error saying "Could not find the main class.  Program will exit!".  I have tried copying the mgmt directory to my XP workstation and running it from there with the exact same result.  I also tried running it from another 5.1 server that hadn't been upgraded yet, and, same result.  I tried running it from another workstation (also XP) and had the same result.  I can't think of anything else to try at this point.  Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I had seen that and downloaded it, but it requires an NLM to be loaded.  I would normally try it, but this is my ARCserve server and I'm troubleshooting a corrupt ARCserve database issue (don't want to add additional variables right now).  I was able to get another version of RCONJ to run, but the original version won't even run with thelatest JAVA runtime.  I may try afreecon later though.

Thanks

RCONJ uses an NLM too, RCONAG6.NLM.  As a matter of fact, any remote utility is going to require something to be running on your server.  Not sure what the big deal is. Afreecon won't interfere with your arcserve problems.

I'd offer some tips on how to make RCONJ work, but I just don't use it.  I used it once when NetWAre 5 first came out and never had any desire to use it again.
