Looking for POS Systems with internal Modems

I was looking to buy around 700 new complete POS systems with the following specs, we are also looking into printers with duplex communications

We develop and maintain our own software, and we dont need an OS. The OS that we use is Win 2K.

Any POS computer system that we will consider must contain the following components:

All-in-One unit with integrated 12" - 15” LCD touch screen.
Genuine Intel CPU (P4, Celeron) at least 2.0 GHZ or equivalent
512 MB of RAM
20 or 40 GB hard drive (preferably extra shock resistant or mounted in shock resistant carriage)
INTERNAL modem - Important
Integrated NIC
PS/2 and USB connectivity
Serial port
Standard Keyboard
Credit Card Reader (track 1 and track 2 programmable) integrated on computer
Floppy Drive (or be network bootable)
CD-Rom Drive
Handheld laser scanner (current model is Metrologic MS9520 keyboard/wedge type)
Serial printer capable of two way communication.  (can tell when cash drawer is open)
15”X15” cash drawer (two way communication)
Very sturdy re-usable box and packing material

Why is an internal modem so important?  We don't use internal modems, only external.  Modems are the most unstable piece of hardware in a computer and if it locks up then the computer has to be rebooted for trouble shooting versus turning and external modem off and on which can speed up trouble shooting to get credit cards back up and going.   I have used all the hardware on this site but none with intergrated cdrom or floppy, but meet the rest of your spces.

Go directly to the websites of the manufacturers to see if you can get these the way you want them.  I beleive the Champ can have a floppy in it and can have an internal modem added.

Thanks Bospruell, I'll check with them and see if they can get an internal Modem and a floppy, our style of business requires the Users of the POS unit who are obviously non-technical to set up their own POS machine on the field, the less the number of external components the lesser the number of issues.
