Creating a Temporary Table

Hello again,
Does anyone know how I can create a temporary table that would delete itself after running a query. I need a table to hold and match user input but will not need a static table. Is there any way to creat a temporary table?

DoCmd.RunSQL "CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE ..."
